5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers, missed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or customs delays). All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
